Price Chopper Inc. is a division of the Cariflex Group of Companies, which stepped into the printing industry since 1973. The Group is one of the world's most diversified printing corporations today, with a long list of printing capabilities, including sheet offset, web offset, flexographic, letterpress, rotary letterpress, and silk screen. The equipment list includes four 7 color presses, one 6 color press, one 5 color press and five 4 color presses. In house production is also in place for color separations, graphics, photography, stripping, platemaking, diecutting, folding, stitching, foil stamping, automatic glueing and binding. The Group now operates four manufacturing plants and 10 sales offices in 9 countries, with over 300,000 square feet of operations, 350 employees and 44 printing presses. Subsidiaries include other manufacturing companies operating in a wide range of industries including concrete products, chemicals, jewelry, and souvenirs.

Price Chopper Inc. is the marketing arm responsible for all international sales of certain product lines, including Wristbands, Latex Gloves, Tickets, Labels, Promotional Items, Plastic Credit and Debit Cards and Long Distance Telephone Cards. Color catalogs are available, with details of thousands of different printed items offered. The company exhibits its products at more than 25 international trade shows every year, supported by print advertisements in over 40 trade publications and directories, as well as a regularly updated internet website.

The company offers the widest range of stock tyvek and plastic wristbands offered today, with the capability to produce almost any custom printed wristbands. Pinfeed wristbands and Detachable Stub wristbands are also produced. Many special bands have been created with artwork, dimensions and perforations to suit customer requirements.

In December of 2001, Price Chopper moved to a new 22,000sq. ft. facility in Orlando FL, just minutes from our old building.  We now house 6 printing presses capable of printing up to 4 colors on a wristband.  In addition to this, we now have the capability to produce consecutive barcoding on our wristbands.  Our new machines can produce a small order of just 1000 custom printed tyvek wristbands in less than 5 minutes, and we can print on both sides of the tyvek band!   The presses also allow us to print a wide variety of Self Adhesive Roll Labels.
