Q: How do I order custom-printed wristbands?

A: E-mail us, or call us at 1-888-695-6220. We will quote you a price, which consists of the price of the bands, the imprint fee, and the plate/setup fee. Next, you will email or fax us your artwork (we accept most kinds of files), or if you have a simple text message that needs to be placed on the band, we can make the artwork for you. Most orders 15,000 or below will be printed within 5-7 business days. Orders above 15,000 please allow 10 business days from the date of artwork approval. Rush processing is available at an additional charge.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We have several different kinds of FedEx shipping. They include Priority, Overnight, 2-Day, Express, Ground, and Home Delivery. The shipping time does not include the day of shipment, or weekends and major holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping, although most orders for in-stock items can be shipped same day if received by 3:30 PM EST Monday-Friday.

Q: How many wristbands are in a box?

A: Our stock Tyvek bands are sold in quantities of 500 and packed in boxes of 1000 for shipping. All custom Tyvek orders are in quantities of 1000, unlike some competitors who sell 500/box for the same price! Our Vinyl bands come in boxes of 500.

Q: Your website advertises quantity discounts, how do I receive these discounts?

A: The wristband quantity discounts are automatically deducted from your order as you place more items in your basket.

Q: Are the wristbands numbered?

A: Our Tyvek Wristbands are sequentially numbered, numbering on our vinyl wristbands can be supplied for an additional charge.

Q: Will the wristbands be waterproof?

A: All of our wristbands are waterproof.

Q: What is Tyvek?

A: TYVEK® is a 100% recyclable paper like material, made from very fine, high-density polyethylene fibers. This unique balance of properties, which cannot be found in any other material, makes Tyvek® lightweight yet strong; vapor-permeable, yet water-, chemical-, puncture-, tear- and abrasion-resistant. Q: How can I recycle Tyvek wristbands?

A: If you are in North America, you can order an easy recycling kit from Waste Management. If you live elsewhere, please contact your local DuPont office.
