Q: How do I order custom-printed wristbands?
A: E-mail us, or call us at
1-888-695-6220. We will quote you a price, which consists of the price of
the bands, the imprint fee, and the plate/setup fee. Next, you will email
or fax us your artwork (we accept most kinds of files), or if you have a
simple text message that needs to be placed on the band, we can make the
artwork for you. Most orders 25,000 or below will be printed within 48
hours.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We have several different kinds of FedEx shipping. They include
Priority, Overnight, 2Day, Express, Ground, and Home Delivery. The shipping time does not
include the day of shipment, or weekends and major holidays. Please
allow 24-48 hours for shipping, although most orders will be shipped same
day if received by 3:30 PM EST Monday-Friday.
Q: How many wristbands are in a box?
A: Our tyvek bands come in boxes of 1000 bands, unlike some
competitors who sell 500/box for the same price! Our Vinyl bands come in
boxes of 500.
Q: Your website advertises quantity discounts, how do I receive these
discounts?
A: The wristband quantity discounts are automatically deducted from your
order as you place more items in your basket.
Q: Are the wristbands numbered?
A: Our Tyvek Wristbands are sequentially numbered, numbering on our vinyl
wristbands can be supplied for an additional charge.
Q: Will the wristbands be waterproof?
A: All of our wristbands are waterproof.
Q: What is Tyvek?
A: TYVEK® is a paper like material, made from very fine, high-density
polyethylene fibers. This unique balance of properties, which cannot be found
in any other material, makes Tyvek® lightweight yet strong; vapor-permeable,
yet water-, chemical-, puncture-, tear- and abrasion-resistant. For further
